Vicky saw a way to bridge the gap between sprayers and their neighbours, making life smoother for everyone in growing regions —including her own family. With a vision to improve communication and efficiency, she turned frustration into action, creating Seespray as the ultimate solution. Thanks to her dedication, living, working, and playing around orchards just got a whole lot easier for both sides of the fence!

Mark's passion for kiwifruit runs deep — it's in his blood! As a proud member of a family that's been growing in the Bay of Plenty for generations, he knows the ins and outs of this iconic industry. Whether it's conventional or organic, Mark understands that spraying is a crucial part of the process. With his wealth of knowledge and dedication, he's on a mission to improve spraying practices and keep our communities thriving!

Dylan jumped aboard the Seespray journey back in 2014 at Tauranga Startup Weekend, and he's been raising the bar on spraying ever since! With years of hands-on experience and living amidst the orchards of Katikati, Dylan brings a deep understanding of the industry. He’s led innovative teams on exciting projects both locally and abroad, always pushing for smarter, more efficient spraying solutions.

Vicky Smith, Managing director of Seespray, won the New Zealand Kiwifruit Innovation Award at the Zespri Harvest Dinner for her innovative community notification and spray management system. Smith launched the business in 2015 after experiencing frustration with unannounced spraying near her rural home. Her solution enables orchardists to efficiently notify communities about spraying, fostering transparency and safety. Smith's business primarily serves kiwifruit and avocado orchards but has expanded into other regions and crops. Zespri chairman Peter McBride praised the innovation for its effective use of technology, allowing growers to better communicate with their communities.

Victoria led Seespray to win the top prize at Tauranga Startup Weekend with her innovative idea for real-time notifications about orchard spraying.
